my-list is one shopping list for everyone under your roof. There is no account to make inside it. Anyone who signs in to Terrarium as part of your household opens the same lists, and a change on one phone shows up on the others while they are open.
Put it on your phone
my-list works best as an app on the home screen, so it opens without the browser bar and stays a tap away in the store.
- Open my-list from your Terrarium dashboard on your phone
- On iPhone, tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen
- On Android, open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen
The icon opens my-list directly. You stay signed in through Terrarium, so there is nothing to type.
Give your household the same lists
Everyone you add to your Terrarium household gets my-list along with your other apps. Add them under Settings on the dashboard, and once they sign in the lists are already there. You do not need to send anyone a link.
Lists, items and order
Make a list for each store or errand, and give lists a category if you want them grouped on the home page. Inside a list, drag items to put them in the order you walk the aisles. Indent an item under another to keep a group together, such as everything for one dish.
Tick items off as you shop. Ticked items move down to the completed section, and you can bring one back if you grabbed the wrong thing.
Recipes
A recipe in my-list is a reusable list of ingredients. Save one for each dish you cook often, then add it to a shopping list in one tap and every ingredient lands as an indented group. A recipe can include another recipe, so a dinner plan can pull in its side dish too.
Give recipes tags to find them quickly, and add the web address of the original if you want it to hand.
