The easy way to start is from your dashboard. Open the ⋯ menu on your Audiobookshelf card and choose Connect a phone, then scan the code with your phone's camera. It opens these steps with your server address ready to copy.
Your password
Sign in with your Terrarium username and your Audiobookshelf password on Terrarium. That's the password for Audiobookshelf, which may be different from the one you use to sign in to Terrarium.
- If you installed Audiobookshelf, it's the password you chose when you installed it.
- If you're a household member, the dashboard asks you to set one the first time you open Audiobookshelf.
Android — Lissen
- Install Lissen from the Play Store and open it.
- Paste your server address into Server URL. It looks like
https://{username}-audiobookshelf.getterrarium.app. - Enter your Terrarium username in Login and your Audiobookshelf password in Password, then tap Connect.
iPhone — Plappa
The official Audiobookshelf app isn't in the App Store yet, so we suggest Plappa.
- Install Plappa from the App Store and open it.
- If it asks what kind of server, choose Audiobookshelf.
- Paste your server address in as the server address.
- Sign in with your Terrarium username and your Audiobookshelf password.
